30.07.2007: Eine Karte und eine Skizze des GTC-TC Fahrerlagers in Copenhagen sind online. Der Organisator hat mich darüber informiert, dass dort genügend Fläche zur Verfügung steht, so dass niemand ein Zelt oder ähnliches leihen muss. Dort kann man auch die Trucks mit Vorzelten, etc. parken.
25.07.2007: Tickets / brace lace
Two drivers’ admission tickets are included in your entry fee to the event. You will have access to the Drivers Lounge where breakfast, coffee, lunch and afternoon the/coffee is served.
Prior to July 28 you can buy additional drivers’ edmission tickets for family. Please contact ole.markussen@chgp.dk. The prices ticket prices for both days with access to grand stands are DKK 570/Children DKK 390. With Drivers Lounge included the price is DKK 850. Please note that since food has to be ordered in advance you cannot by additional tickets at scrutineering. Please also note that anyone without valid admission to the Lounge, will be asked to leave the enclosure.
Rent a paddock tent - prior to July 28.
It is very important that we present historic motor sport to the public and to the city of Copenhagen to the highest possible standard. Among other things this includes an impressive and uniform paddock.
If you want a tent for your vehicle, tools and equipment you must therefore rent a CHGP-tent which will be located on the south side of Oster Alle. Your transporter or service vehicle must be parked right behind the tent and thus partly hidden from public eyes.
Tents are 12x6 meters in size and hold 4 cars each. Rent is DKK 1250 per unit of 3X6 meters. Signage with vehicle make, production year, class, and owner’s name is included.
Entries who do not wish to ret a tent will be located at the opposite (north) side of Oster Alle.
Transporters and service vehicles must be parked at the south side of the street, behind the tents, allowing tent renters to park immediately behind their tents. Trailers and private vehicles are to be parked outside the area.
Scrutineering is Friday 4th August from 1 pm to 8 pm. in the Paddock
Copenhagen Police has given permission to close Oster Alle on the Friday already at 1 pm. This means that you can drive your vehicle directly to the paddock for scrutineering and licence check. You should have plenty of time for sightseeing in Copenhagen or you may wish to have your own BBQ party in the Faelled Park.
